The first step in our collaboration is to schedule a complimentary consultation session. This allows us to get acquainted before making any decisions. During this session, we'll discuss your property, the services you need, and provide insight into our working style and values. 

Once we agree that we’re a good fit and decide to proceed, the process is straightforward. 

Here's the Process:

1. One of our team members will conduct an appraisal to determine if your property is suitable for Airbnb, as well as to estimate the expected nightly rate and occupancy.

2. You will receive a 'Preparation List' detailing what needs to be provided in the property.

3. We offer a makeover service for your property, including shopping and setup (for an additional charge).

4. We will take photographs and create a listing for your home. 

5. Listing Your Property:  Our marketing experts will craft compelling descriptions and select appealing photos to attract visitors to your area. Additionally, we will research and determine the optimal pricing for your property to maximize occupancy.

6. Hosting:  We handle all guest interactions, including responding to inquiries and providing assistance throughout their stay. After guests depart, we clean the property, replenish consumables, and address any maintenance issues.
